This Sample Bar Chart Schedule is the output of the free Monthly Bar Chart Schedule Maker. It is based on the following assumed entries:
No of activities: 5
Week end : Friday and Saturday
Acivities are: A1 [represented by the Red Bar], A2 [represented by the blue bar], A3 [represented by the orange bar],A4 [represented by the Green Bar],A5 [represented by the Violet bar]
Activity durations are: 7 , 5 , 3, 5 , 10 days respectively.
Predecessors of A1 are:
Predecessors of A2 are: 1
Predecessors of A3 are: 2
Predecessors of A4 are: 3
Predecessors of A5 are: 1
That is to say A1 can start immediately.
A2 and A5 can not start before A1 is finished.
A4 can not start before A3 is completed.
As you can see on the chart, A4 will not start directly upon finishing of A3. There happens to be a week end then. This is dealt with in the background of the program, such that the Start of A4 will be the first working day after completion of A3.
