If you are interested in systems engineering, this handbook captures a common understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and the processes used by systems engineers throughout the lifecycle. It is not a complete representation of all systems engineering tools and techniques, but it establishes a framework within which those tools and techniques can be used.
