(1 customer reviews)
If you estimate remodeling, renovation, or insurance work, you'll be amazed at the encyclopedia of hard-to-locate renovation and insurance estimates in this reference.
Every item includes the material cost, the remove and replace cost, the labor cost, and the crew cost.
These costs are given for every type of job and every type of material you're likely to be called on to replace -- from acoustic ceilings to insulation, masonry, mold remediation, paneling, plaster and stucco, plumbing, retaining walls, roofing, siding, stairs, tile, wall covering, water extraction, windows and more.
Over 600 clear illustrations help you to identify what's being estimated.
Includes a FREE CD-ROM with a stand-alone estimating program that uses all the costs and descriptions in the book. You can change any cost or desription and add your own markup and profit with a keystroke.

Adequate Source for Appraisers
By T. Shields
Doing a "cost to cure" is much easier with this book than with an RS MEANS book and much cheaper than any product that Marshall & Swift offers. Good addition to your toolbox of appraisal tools.
