5Wonderful Resource tool!
By Anne Harrigan Kusnetzky
Purchased this book to get an idea of pricing on property improvements for our new real estate investment company. It has already paid for itself many times over. Clear, easy to understand for the layperson, it gives you a good idea of how contractors will price a given job with various profit margins. I would highly recommend this to any investors and to contractors that are starting out.
